Danny Kappen succeeds Harmen Kruijt, Harmen joins the Supervisory Board
Euramax announces that Harmen Kruijt has decided to step down as CEO of the company. After eleven years of intensive involvement, he has chosen to enter a new phase, allowing more room for personal activities. Harmen is not saying goodbye to Euramax. He will remain closely involved with the company through his appointment to the Supervisory Board. In this role, he will continue to support Euramax’s further growth and strategic development, leveraging his experience, knowledge and network.

Danny Kappen will be appointed CEO of Euramax as of 1 July. Danny has been with Euramax for three years in the role of COO. During these years, he has shown true commitment to Euramax, with a strong focus on customers, employees and quality. In his role as CEO, Danny will continue the strategy that has been set in motion.
